Default Plastic repair adhesive

What do you guys use to repair plastic parts, especially in situations where there is a lot of pressure on the joint? I've tried JB Weld, which doesn't work too well holding plastic together. I need something less flexible than Black Silicone Adhesive and strong than weatherstrip adhesive. Ideally, this adhesive would have the ability to fill minor gaps. Any favorites?

I have a product that I will be selling on my site. What is your plastic damage like? Size? Shape? What part of the car?
Ya I have used JB and it kind of held for a day and a half.

Miscelaneous things, ranging from hairline fractures to a broken bolt mount on one of my tail lights.

What sort of stuff do you have?

yep, a bunch of mine were broken when I took them out to tint them. I used a 2-part plastic expoxy I got at advance. Seemed to hold ok, but was taking forever to dry so I put them in anyways and I think a couple of them broke again. oh well, they are in there pretty solid. I'll re-poxy them again someday soon...

Ok # 1 I will have some good products for you soon but until then you can use a screw. Well actually on my 1995 there are threaded hollow plastic pillars that broke so I took the still deep hollow remains and threaded them with a large headed screw. It held very well. Actually I have to admit one is still done that way because I was too lazy to change it.

Default Airless Plastic Welder Kit

GM makes an Airless Plastic Welder Kit (comes w/video). Item # C311-URT-5500HT $232.00 available through GM TOOLS at 1-800-GM-TOOLS (Then Press 5) or Fax# 1-800-339-5769. I haven't tried this so don't sell if they will sell to the general public or not! Just another option though.

Yes I will be selling this unit but under another company name through the site actually I will be an affiliate so my site will just be a window. I figure considering the age of plastic we live in it is a must. They offer a bunch of other options for plastic repair.
