need to order parts questions on part numbers and which ones
Over my thanksgiving break I will be doing a lot of work on my car. (listed below) I have some questions just to make sure I have everything I need, before I get started. Questions in bold.
LOWER GASKETS
1 lower intake gaskets
.....FelPro MS95809. It says first design w/o locating pins, is this correct??is there a 2nd design?
2 upper intake gaskets
..... FelPro cant even find the part number
3 throttle body gasket
.....cant find part number
4 injector "o" rings
.....are these car specific?
5 vacuum lines. (none have been replaced so I will do that while I am in there)
.....What sizes should I have on hand?
6 coolant elbow
.....part #?
OIL PAN GASKET
1 gasket
.....FelPro OS34410R
180 DEG T-STAT
1 which t-stat should I get? there are so many choices
2 paper gasket
.....part # ?
3 rubber gasket
..... part # ?
TRANNY FILTER
1 filter
.....AC delco TF304
2 gasket
..... 20 hole gasket? RelPro TOS18697 ???
BRAKES
1 brake line
.....3/16" I believe is the correct size. where should I get it?
2 Fittings
.....a: the fittings that go into the proportioning valves (4)
.....b: other fittings, what should I get?
3 flare tool
.....reccomendations?
I know there are a lot of questions here, but I appreciate any help possible.
Also, if you can think of other things that I should just replace/clean/do while I am at it (PCV valve, clean/replace EGR, etc) please fill me in
Thanks

PS. in case you are wondering why I am doing all this, my exhaust smells like coolant and my tank keeps getting drained. Upper was replaced 30k ago. I am guessing lowers, because they are known to be crappy and mine are origional. Also, my oil pan has a slow leak. And I drive hard so replacing the tranny filter while I am under there can't hurt. Not to mention the hole in my brake line

Oh, I forget to say that if you do decide to replace the hard vacuum lines. One of them is 5/32", coming off your throttle body at the rubber tee connector.
Sounds like you have a very busy Thanksgiving weekend planned. I hope you have someone to help you get it all done, 'cause it sounds like more than I'd want to take on myself. Good luck!
