When I order tips for my 1998 SSEi what diameter the inlet should be?

The diameter is 2 1/4". At least thats what it is on my 94 ssei.

I'm pretty sure mine is >2.5" and less than 3", but I'm not sure if it'* 2.5, 2.75, or 3...

Well I was way off with my guess.

I had my friend bring out a pair of calipers when we went dragging.

The external diamter of the stock tips is 1 3/4"
