Front or Rear Brake Problem?
I have noticed that around speeds under 35mph, I start to get a slight bouncing/front to back movement when I step on the brakes. Now usually, as I have always heard, when the front rotors are bad, the steering wheel will shake, and the pedal will pulsate. My car does neither. The brakes just seem to have a weird feel to them, like I can feel the rear brakes doing sort of a grabbing thing. Maybe it'* the drums?

sounds like one or both of your Rotors are warped.
does it stop doing right away when you let off the brakes?
also does it get worse when you press harder.?

So, let me get this straight. You feel a grabbing and releasing sensation while braking?
Does it change with the speed you are going or is it the same no matter what speed?
Very rapid or not? What makes you believe it is the rear brakes?
Try to be as specific as possible.
A thought I had was that there'* always a possibility that either your rotors or drums have developed a glazed section or two.

I'm not sure if I understand the problem correctly, but in case I do, try pulling the rear drums and see if maybe a wheel cylinder is leaking fluid onto the drum surface.

Have you tried using the emergency brake to see if it'* the rears causing the pulsing.
Another possibility would be a tire, either from wear or from the belts within, causing the sensation of rocking forward and backwards.

I've thought about the tires too, before I bought it it sat on pavement unmoved for 60 days.
Like I said earlier, I have always heard, when the front rotors are bad, the steering wheel will shake, and the pedal will pulsate. My car does neither.

In the meantime it won't hurt to jack up your car and do some analysis on the rear brakes and all tires. If it'* new to you, these things should be checked anyway.

Today I heard a rubbing sound comming from the back, so this makes me think its the drums for sure. The front rotors don't vibrate at all
