Default Clunking sound, suspension related

Ok, well ever since I got my bonne, I have noticed a clunking sound in the front AND back when I get in, out, or stop in both directions. It happens randomly. Petey (Petraman I bought it off of) told me it may be the endlinks. The bolts for the endlinks are not broken, but have a few of the bushings missing. Is this the source of my noise? The clunking is also in the rear, possibly the rear endlinks are bad also? Any info is great, thanks!

I can't say for sure that the missing sway bar endlink bushings are the ONLY source of the clunking, but they will definatly cause some clunking. If they are original, chances are that they are in need of replacement anyways, even if they look good.

I would start with the bushings, then drive it and see what it does then.

Yeah the car is a southern car, so it has not visible rust anywhere under the car, so that can be ruled out. I think I will replace the bushings though, to see if that'* it.

How are bushings MISSING? I can't imagine that corners very well. I'd definitely replace those soon. $30 for all four corners.

Yeah, there is one or two bushings missing on each side, I can reach behind the wheel and jiggle the little metal washers.

Mine were like that when I first bought my car. I also had that clunking noise, change those out and your noise should go away.
