Are you talking about a stock front exhaust manifold? Your best bet may be a salvage yard.

Do you have aftermarket headers or stock manifolds...are you sure its not just a gasket leak and not a cracked manifold/header

I used speed daddy headers for one very good reason: cost. They're extremely well made, very high quality welds, and I don't have a leak yet in mine. I've been more than impressed with them, and I know a few people who are running them who are also very happy with them.

These are SLP/SSAC knockoffs.

The guy who sells them is on clubgp.com.

Here are some pictures on the engine that went in my 95 Regal:

I've put ~10k miles on them so far and they've been excellent, and for $205 shipped you really can't beat them.

Edit: of course, this is all completely irrelevant if you're talking about stock manifolds and not actual headers.

OP has a Series 1 guys. At least it'* in his sig.

Pull the front off and bring it to a welder. They are commonly cracked and a little weld up is all it takes to fix you up.
