Joker, the power steering pump pulley is probably impossible to remove from the pump while it is in the car.

I realize you say it is frozen, do what it takes. The pulley must be rotated so the one of the holes likes up at 12 o'clock, there is a 13mm bolt right there. Loosen it fully.
Then rotate the pulley so a hole is at 6 o'clock, there is another 13mm bolt there, pull that as well. The pump will now be free from the motor and only held to the car by the power steering lines.

In the future please start a fresh thread if you have difficulty and someone will be right there to help out.

Bill,
Thank you for the Info so quickly I didn't even know what the pulley was to start with. I'm going to have to wait til Monday to do it, But I'm looking forward to giving it a shot. When I gave up yesterday the shop said $365! So if it takes a few it'* still worth it.
Thanks again and Merry Christmas!
