I am asumming that it is the moonroof leaking because there are some water stains on the inside of my roof, but I am not sure because it has not rained hard enough for me to find the leak for certain.

Open the sunroof all the way and check the 2 drain holes visible in the front corners. Make sure there'* no debris. Remove your A-pillar trim and make sure the hoses aren't plugged (pull them off, and run a piece of wire through the drain holes, then down the tubes).
Do you have wind noise? The sunroof seal (weatherstripping) replacement procedure is in Techinfo. Nevertheless, even if water gets past this seal, it should still drain out the pillars without getting the car wet if the drains aren't plugged.
Moving this to 92-99.

Right now washing my car would be a total waste of money, most of the roads I have to drive on are verry muddy, rain is also in the forcast.

I was not sure if there were drain holes or not so I will check on them. There is also some wind noise coming frome this area, but I also have pretty bad door seals (I can feel wind through the back of the back doors).

My 94 GTP had the same problem because the gasket was shot. It would only leak in a really heavy downpour though. The wind noise was a big indicator that it was the gasket though. After that was replaced the problem went away.

The head liner was stained when I bought it and I checked the drain holes and they were working fine. So I figure that they clooged on the original owner and he unplugged them, after it started to leak inside. but thank you.
