Neighbors (SE) wont travel unless warm...
 

My neighbor bought an SE recntly looks like a 95-96 Series II. If he doesnt allow the car to warm for at least 20-30min it will shut off when putting gear. Maybe I'll pull plugs first to see if that's a problem then check his vacuum hoses. Am I on right track here. BTW no c/e lights on. Although I know there may still be a code in there somewhere. :?:

Eh... I think I'd check the fuel system. If it won't run under load until it's warmed up, maybe it's starving for fuel.

Check fuel filter and fuel-pressure regulator, for starters...
