Default Need supercharger pulley route layout and pulley part number

I had a pulley on the Supercharger belt route seize up and melt to just the outer ring. My Chilton'* doesn't show the route to put a new belt on or any part numbers. Of course I'm getting a special replacement belt from Intense, but I'm not sure about what pulley I need.

If anyone could post a picture of the belt routing as well as the part numbers for each pulley that belt touches that would be great. If it helps any, it was the small black pulley almost almost directly under the supercharger pulley.
