I got both foglights and headlights(lo beams)

Do not exceed the factory 37watt rating with the stock light assemblies on the Fogs. If you want 55W or 100W fogs, you must upgrade the housing/lens to a glass design.

Ok I got silver star 9006 st for the headlights(55 watts), and silver star 880 st for the fog lights(27 watts). So...am I safe???

yes you are fine....i ran a set of 50W 885's on my stock fogs for about a year before i upgraded and found no problems

For the sunshade, from a 93 FSM:

1 Cycle unit to vent position and slide shield and sunshade forward.
2. Pull rear end of sunshade down slightly and slide trough and shield rearward so stops on sunshade clear trough and shield.
3. Remove sunshade by rotating to disengage rear clips.

Hard to read, i know.

Yeah...Factory service manuals are written for people a lot smarter than me. If someone were smart enough to interpret that jumble, why would they need the manual?
