Default Install a supercharger into an SE?

My knowledge of cars is limited, but im learning. One of the things im wondering is if its possible to install a supercharger on a non-supercharged engine. I take it I may have to replace some parts to accomplish such a task. Is it do-able?

Ewww @ the trouble. Not worth the performance boost.

Ill just try other things then. If I need a rebuild or something major happens I suppose I can consider a swap.

however, u can make that 3800 N/A perform similar to a Supercharged L67. CAI with a heat sheild, good tune up, and if u really wanted to have some fun, get a pulley under drive kit, smaller crank pulley, larger accessory pulleys

I sold my 95 Bonnie for a GTP. It wasn't worth modding my car. It had almost the same miles as your car. The engine was very new, but the car itself was just old and wearing out.

Similar? I don't really think there'* a comparison between the L27 and even the 92 L67. Peppy, yes. Similar to an L67, no.

Enjoy and enhance your low-end torque. Let it breathe better. They're not slouches, but they're not comparable to the SC cars, either.

Read the sticky post in Performance and Brainstorming about 'Ricer Pipe' intakes. It'* the cheapest option. The intake in my pic isn't available any longer (only 6 were made). There'* also some great topics in Techinfo that may answer some of your questions. Try to keep all your Performance questions in the Performance forum, and post Mechanical problems in the 92-99 forum.

And welcome to the club
