Default 18 Way Power Seat Question

My lumbar seat hasn't worked right since i've had the car. Sometimes I can here the compressor and sometimes I can't. Right now the problem is I can here the compressor running, but I believe the drivers seat is all the way pumped up and when I go to let all the air out it doesn't release it. The side bolsters are working fine. The drivers seat is doing the same thing. Pumps air into the lumbar area, but it'* not releasing. So right now it'* not very comfortable for me to drive. Anybody know what'* the deal with these seats?

When the lumbar is fully inflated or deflated, you will hear the pump stop. Are you hearing that? Do any of the three lumbars on either the passenger or the driver seat work correctly?

The seats are working fine now. I took the switches apart and cleaned them. The weird thing is when fully inflated all the compressor does is make a weird sound. It doesn't stop. I got the seats where I want them so i'm gonna leave them alone.

When fully inflated, my lumbars and love handles don't stop the pump, either. But you can hear the pump go 'under load' when it reaches max pressure.

I must be thinking of the sound it makes when fully deflated.

Some people count each function for each seat. I think technically, they're 9 way seats, but 18 sounds cooler
