Default Front Lower Control Arm- Front Bushing Replacement- Only

1997 Bonneville has two bushings for the Front Lower Control Arm. The front bushing is actually pressed into a mounting bracket that is part of the sub-frame. Is it possible to replace just this bushing without dropping the control arm? My ball joints are good and so is the control arm bushing that is pressed into the arm itself. Looking to save time/money/labor.

Thanks for any help
