Alright , my 93 SE Bonnie used to get it pretty good off of the line . At that time she had about 70,000 miles (6 yrs ago) .I used to take a lot of these punks with their fart cans on their ricers easily at a light . Now she'* got about 103,000 - I use my Chevy truck with a Pontiac LS1 out of a Trans am under the hood moslty (love that engine too!) . But now the Bonneville just doesn't have the oomph that she used to . I've been looking at the vacuum lines and some of them aren't looking so hot . Is it possible that a series of low level leaks are contributing to this problem? Any other ideas ? The plugs were changed about 3 years ago with stock repl. and look fine . Also have a fram air hog filter . Haven't checked the fuel pressure yet but I do have a gauge to do so . I don't have a manual for this car yet so I don't know what fuel pressure should be but I know this can rob you of power . This was an issue I dealt with in my truck after doing the swap and once it was corrected I noticed a big improvement in power. Thanks for you all'* input !

Swap out the vacuum lines, remember the ones by the driverside fender going to the evap canister. See if that cures things for you.
