lamp monitor
Well i had my lamp monitor come on today, everytime i pushed the brake it would go dind ding, and i checked all my brake lights, (says brake light) and they are all on, anyhone know how to reset it or what i should do? or could do? i am running all sock lights, no leds. thanks guys.
Pull out all the rear bulbs and check them to make sure the filiment inside isn't broken and clean all the contacts thouroughly. It might not be a bad bulb but a bad connection.
If that doesn't work go buy a single rear bulb and start swapping it in one at a time until you replace the one that makes the dinging stop.

Actually i got my son to push on the brake peddle for me
Ended up being a bad fillent in the middle rear window bulb, and one of those peanut bulbs 194'* in the trunk lid, all is well now, thanks for your help guys.

When I replaced it, the monitor did not go out right away, but it appeared to need a trip or two before it accepted that " everything was okay now".
