do you really think that .05 gap would cause 20 degrees of kr
I don't know.....But may tak a lil off the top. I'm gapped at .60 right now and since it's gotten warmer out....My KR's on the rise.
Mine are gapped at .60 and now that its humid the car is sluggish. I have to pull em and regap them.

You're TPS is reading to high for idle speed I think. My TPS only reads like .4 at idle I think. Gonna get some fresh readings again.
as long as it is under .70 it is fine
I could have sworn some where it should be at like .4.......hrmmm
I could be on crack or something though |
I am running a very similar setup as you and have been battling KR retard for awhile, but mine is due to an exhaust leak. Make sure that you rule out all possibilities of KR before you start chasing a ghost. I suspect that I have had this leak for some time (stress crack on #5 tube weld) but that it did not become apparent until the pulley mod. Now she gets all kinds of KR especially under a load. The fix is on the way soon ......... rewelded and thermal coated exhaust manifolds !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I know that I have some actual KR, but nowhere near the current 20+ degrees.

TPS definatly high. Search "TPS MOD" for specs.
