You may want to ask the professionals on this web site, http://www.autoacforum.com/categories.cfm?catid=2. There are alot of helpful people on this site. I had alot of questions about vacuuming the A/C system and they were all answered.

high above 50psi
high 135-300psi, higher == colder output
low comp turn on, 41-51psi
low comp turn off 20-28psi
all line connections are 18 ft. lbs.
