Chilton'* #28200 and a torque wrench. Otherwise Techinfo and a torque wrench.

Why stop there? You should probably be doing the LIM as well.

Look at the top of this page. Click on Techinfo, follow the links. UIM = upper intake manifold LIM = lower intake manifold.

I'd also suggest a 3/8" standard 6 point socket. It'* going to be slow. I did mine.
Front
Coil pack needs to be moved, and the engine lift bracket needs to be loosened. Cover won't just slip past.
Back
Alt bracket comes out, MAP bracket/EGR guard comes out. Engine lift bracket is tough to get at...again needs to be loosened. Also take off the bracket that the O2 sensor plug is clipped onto.

Here'* a Frankenbonne thread...scroll down until you see the motor. That'll give you an idea of what'* in the way.
