Default Burning oil

I have had to put in 2 quarts of oil in the past month. It seems like it is burning oil alot lately. It has 122k on her, but I do not see any leaks or that it burns smoke. I have noticed a lack of power...any suggestions?

Default oil

ditto on the Compression check, also your PCV could be stuck open, or not sealed with an o-ring properly.
3800'* that are maintained usually don't burn oil.

It has 122k on her
Should one consider, first, the valve guide seals.

Valve stem seals are not a very common failure on our engines. Even with very high miles.

Is it BURNING oil, or LOSING oil? If it'* "burning" 2 qt/mo I'd think it would be smoking like 1967 hippie. You ought to be able to see blue smoke coming out the tailpipe. You ought to at least be able to smell it. If it is smoking, does it smoke more when you step on the gas (indicative of bad rings), or when you're decelerating (characteristic of worn valve guides/seals)?

Either way, I think you need to determine whether your losing or burning oil before you go too much further.

Smoking on startup would be another indicator of valve guid seals. But not at 2 qts a month.

Agreed.

Take a look underneath and look for any wetness. This much has to be going somewhere

Boy, howdy! WillWren speaketh not with a forked tongue. I had a couple Hondas that puked a huge cloud of blue smoke on (cold) startup due to bad valve guides. Very good indicator.

If you're burning 2 qts/mo there wouldn't be a mosquito for miles around your house.
