Default OBD Question

I am trying to retreve codes from my CCR by following the procedure that is listed here. The only problem is that when I went to put a jumper between pin 3 and 4, the spot for 4 is blank. As a matter of fact most of the spots on the top are blank. Am I looking at it up side down? Any ideas?

Well that is what I thought I was looking at, and sure enough the #4 pin is an empty spot. I am going down to the car now to look at it a second time. Maybe I am just not looking at it right. It is the plug up under the dash on the drivers side right?
