if you are n/a then i would suggest using the delco iridiums. i had those in my 92 n/a for over 60k and they were still good. but if you are */c id go with either the delco resistor or ngk tr55.
ps, if you put a brief description of ur vehicle it would make it easier for us to answer your questions.

techinfo and search are your friend
a lot use the NGK TR55s
synthetic oil is fine, just make sure the trans. is in good shape, and stick with trans or conventional, don't alternate.

Yes, many of us run Synthetic. I've run Mobil 1 in my Cutlass Ciera, '89 Bonneville, and '93 SE. And M1 is going in my truck TOMORROW.
Also, besides oil, maintaining your transmission is the best thing you can do for your bonneville. Flush your transmission every 25k and have its filter replaced. Best preventative maintenance.
SO, Mobil 1 and a PureONE filter for oil...
now for ignition.
Napa Belden, or Autolite Pro for wires, and NGK TR55 plugs gapped @ 0.060"

Mobile 1 especially good if you live in the north. Cold weather has no affect on the viscosity. WalMart has the 5 quart jug for $20.00.

Looks like i go against the grain a little here, I have been running Wal-Marts Supertech Synthetic 10-30 with very good results, and I use a Puroilator filter.
for plugs I am presently running ACdelco replacements, and NGK plugs of some sort.

Synthetic is fine as long as you don't use garbage (FRAM) oil filters.
Synthetic ATF is not suggtested for a higher-mileage trans.
