Techinfo is your friend. Link at the top of the page.

From memory, I think the LIM to heads are about 18 ft/lbs and the UIM to LIM is about 84 in/pounds? Don't go by my memory. Check the specs.

Techinfo page said 11ft/lbs. It doesn't say whether that's for the Lower or the Upper. I'll wing it. 8)

UIM bolt: 89 in-lb
TB nut: 89 in-lb
TB support bolt: 89 in-lb
FI rail nut: 89 in-lb
LIM bolt: 11 ft-lb
Water outlet bolt (thermo housing): 20 ft-lb
EGR outlet bolt: 21 ft-lb
Exhaust crossover heat shield nut: 15 ft-lb
Generator brace bracket bolt: 37 ft-lb
