So when i pulled into work, the engine was warmed up, or within 20* of normal running temp. I popped the hood while it was running, and didn't hear the clicking. Tapped the throttble body linkage, and after it reved it clicked a few times, reved it many itmes in a row, and it went off after i reved every time, everytime it went off it was clicking.
Think the cold could be making noise? I mean when it's below 0, and i push down the brake, i can hear the linkage that limits the shifter from park. |
I hope it's just the cold. I haven't heard this noise before, until Monday when it was like 10*. But your noise sounds exactly like mine. I haven't actually driven it since I heard the noise though so I wonder if I'd be able to hear the linkage when I hit the brake too.
