I need some advice with LIM gasket replacement.

It appears this is a hot subject. Anyway, I spent several hors reading past posts about this and I have a couple of questions.
Recently my car started leaking coolant. Only when the engine cools off or right after start before warming up. After it warms up the leak stops. I always had to top off the coolant reservoir but it was at a very slow rate. I actually can see the coolant stream coming off the driver side of the rear bank. It leaks may be one ounce at a time.
The oil always looked free of foam so I don't suspect any coolant in oil. I actually changed the oil pan gasket yesterday suspecting it for a small oil leak. I found that the old gasket was ok, so the LIM gasket may be responsible for the oil leak as well.
Mine is NA 92 without EGR and the majority of posts here deal with the EGR problems or the plastic UIM's. If I read my Chilton right they don't differentiate between LIM and UIM. They call it Intake Manifold. Does that mean that I can remove the UIM and LIM as one unit? I wouldn't take the UIM apart if it's not required, there is no leak there.
If so, do I have to remove the TB from it? Again same reason. And more, do I have to pull the injectors from the LIM? I fear that I will break them. Do they really come out easy?
What about the elbow? Do I have the same elbow that needs chhange?
