Default 93 Se - 2 problems

Hi guys, I have 2 problems with my 1993 Se:
1. Sometimes while standing in a red light, car suddenly dies, no hesitation or stutter, just dies with no preperations...

2. I have this annoying warning sound like when you forget to pull off the handbrake and start drive, the problem is that the handbrake is off! is there anything else this sound should warn me from? It just won't stop.

Thanks everyone!
Greets from Israel,
Sahar.

Welcome!
Does the car start right up again when it dies? Are there any warning lights lit when you hear the warning chime?

Warning sound is not constant, also seems like the brake fluid level is fine...
"Brake!" warning light is always on, from the moment I start the car.

Car will start right up after dies.

Any suggestions?

For the Brake light, When you brake, does your brake pedal sink to the floor? Also, does it sink to the floor when sitting at a light/stop sign? If so, you just might have a failing master cylinder.
