I bought a haynes repair manual for gm automatic transmission overhaul for $20 from autozone. I have rebuilt several transmissions using only that book and no other schooling other then what I learn from the teardown. all of the transmissions have worked great for some time now, and I am now getting jobs from other people to rebuild them. I found the book to be great, it is full of step by step pictures and descriptions.

If you've never rebuilt a FWD trans, good luck.

Whoa, gentlemen. I don't think (could be wrong) that he said he needed to rebuild the trans. Just swapping one in and wants to know what seals to change before doing that. If so, Lefty, see my previous answer and link to you on that same question.
