Default Question about O2 sensors

I went to 2 automotive stores today (auto-zone and NAPA). I asked for prices on O2 sensors for my car. I was told at Auto-zone that my car, A 1994 SSEi, has 2 O2 sensors. One before the cat and one after. I was shocked by this. I thought the bonnie had only one before the cat right behind the spark plugs. I went to NAPA and they confirmed what i thought. I had heard before here to go with AC Delco, However they only had Bosche. auto-zone was 50$ and NAPA 57$. If you guys wouldn't mind would you please confirm what is the best O2 sensor to use and where it is located? i believe this is how it is in my car. If i am wrong please let me know.

And i did try to look up O2 sensor in the search but i came up with Tons of posts and i gave up after the first few pages.

Thank you guys!

i have found that rockauto.com has the best deals on oxygen sensors.

personally i prefer denso o2 sensors, nothing but good results with them.

Stay away from Bosch O2 sensors. AC Delco is probably your best bet. The O2 sensor in your pic is identified correctly.

yep, when i was told all they had was Bosch i stopped and went home. Something about that company just gives me the *******. Is that a german name? i usually love german stuff. They are generally very organized and over engineer everything. Probably had the name sold to a Chinese company

You have the right O2 pictured. You only have one.

I agree with the above. AC Delco or Denso. We don't have much experience with the Denso, but it looks good so far.

Now yesterday i should mention that i went to get my emissions test done. I passed too. the stats were....
HC-
limit-79
actual-39
CO
limit-.42
actual-.07
NOx
limit-921
actual-236

so i'm pretty sure i don't need it but i figured i changed the wires and plugs so why not?
And i have had a problem recently with my car sputtering for a few seconds after i start it up when it'* already hot. i went into CVS to get something real fast and came back out. tried to start my car and it bucked and sputtered a few times then stalled. i started it again and it ran really rough so i gave it some gas. after a few seconds it was running perfectly fine. it has happened a half dozen times. i figure it could be related to the O2 not having been changed yet. So i'll change it. if not i'll be back for some opinions.

I've never seen an O2 cause that. The PCM will go to default values if the O2 is out of range.

Your problem sounds more like an IAC or an FPR to me.

O2 sensors get tired with age. They'll cost you mileage long before they fail completely.

i wanted to make sure if i got the denso off of rockauto that it was the right part. part number DENSO Part # 2344012. I figured i'd try it out and put in my 2 cents for it. How should i rate this thing? just for how long it lasts or should it "perform" in any particular way?

I'm also going to check the IAC and FPR. Is this information already in the Techinfo?

Thanks for the help guys!
