Exclamation Brake lights out

The brake lights in my '92 SSE went out yesterday. Tail lights, headlamps, and turn signals are all working. Just the brake lights and hazard lights are out. I checked the bulbs, all look OK. I checked the fuses too. Not sure which fuse controls the brake lights. The cover on the fuse block (driver side) was missing when I bought the car. If anyone has a diagram of this fuse block it would be greatly appreciated. Thought that problem might be the switch at top of brake pedal - but then why would the hazard lights switch not work. Any suggestions?? Thanks.

I think Toddster might have a better handle on this, but I seem to remember there being a ground bus in the back of the car in the trunk area. If you can locate this and clean it that might correct the problem.
