Default Bandit'* Surging/Poor Idle

Sitting in Bandit'* 94 SE at a light the car will all of a sudden dip down about 300 rpms then come right back and do this a few times.

Driving seems to be fine, idling out of gear appears good.

Plugs and wires a pretty new and not a suspect at this time.

I'm thinking it'* possibly a dirty sensor, where should he start?

Let me clear it up just a bit

Its not at a idle its when sitting at a light or what not and i hold the brake or start to take off and give it a little gas it will chug/sputter and stuff.

Also im still having that Chugging.sputtering problem at speed when giving it a little gas to go up a hill.

I think its a TPS. Cuz it always seems to be around the same amount of throttle :?

*edit- The plugs and wires where done like 15K ago or so, NKG and AC delco wires.

Is it possible to connect a DVM to the TPS, advance the TPS and watch for any abrupt changes in values?

Seems to me that Bandit needs to check his TPS.

Here'* the PDad link to adjusting.

Don't adjust it, only use the part of how to check the readings. Report back your findings..
