Default Busted vac please help

Bad pic, but its just to the left of the power brake booster the loose one you see used to be connected just above the line that is still connected. It used to have a nipple that the elbow went over but the nipple is no longer there. Thats what I need some help with. How can I get it to stay in place? I thought of glueing it (for about a half a second) but then realized that glue and vac lines dont mix. I can hear the leak over the sc which im sure is not a good thing.
Any ideas on a fix would be really awesome.

Is it broken off on the black box just to the right of the maxifuse relay center cover?

If so, that'* just a vacuum tank:

GM PART # 25553225
CATEGORY: All
PACK QTY: 1 CORE CHARGE: $0.00
GM LIST: $22.07
OUR PRICE: $12.58
DESCRIPTION: TANK ASM
The only thing that should affect in the meantime is the cruise control. If the dealer in town has it in stock, it'll be about 20 bucks.

Oh, you have a vacuum leak. Plug the line that broke off. It DID break off the tank itself, right? That'* just a vacuum accumulator/buffer for the cruise. The vacuum source is the SC manifold block. You don't want the leak. Plug it until you replace the tank.

The hose just came off the sc, I was able to put it back on. I didnt notice that before so I thought the leak was coming from the broken peice in the pic. That line in the pic doesn't seem to have any vacuum at all? Nor does the box? Should it?

I'm thinking it should. That box also feeds what I believe is the Auto Climate control for door actuation (mix door). There'* a vacuum line that comes out of it, behind the relay center, and through the firewall behind the glovebox. Your Climate control may not work with that broken, either.

So climate and cruise should both be inop.

And yes, I DID just rip my car apart for you

LMK if there'* anything else you want checked in the meantime. I won't put it back together until you give me the green light. I'm just pulling the spoiler off and washing the car. I'll check back every once in awhile.
