Default HELP P1631 CODE

HAs anybody had this code and what fixes it, it something to do with the ignition, the check engine lights comes on but if i turn the car off it goes off and after restart it sometime doesnt come back on, i have a 95 ssei, series 1, the car has a bit of a rough idle, could this be a simple fix or big money, Thanks for all your help

ya maybe thats what it was, something to do with the ignition i think it sucks the check engine light stays on

I just checked my Alldata and there is indeed no code 1631 listed for this year.
