Angry My oil pressure is low. How do I get it back up?

My 1996 SE was in the shop for a few days.
Apparenlty I "cracked an air uptake" and water and coolant got into the engine and messed it up.
The station [where we've taken the car before] fixed it and whatever, and they also gave me

1. An oil filter, which I was told I needed at Pennzoil
2. An oil change, which I guess I needed after having coolant in the oil?
3. A new oil pressure switch

Now, every time my car warms up to about 200, the oil pressure drops past redline at idle. Not always, and sometimes it goes lower than others. Once, it got close to zero, but I revved it back up and the pressure shot right back up to around 40psi.

I'm not sure if it'* something the station did, or maybe my car is just dying, but it still runs fine. There'* no hesitation or anything, and it doesn't go past 200 so it'* not overheating.

I heard people put higher viscosity oil in.. Like 15-w40.
If I did that [and maybe put a higher pressure oil filter in]
would it solve the problem?

I'm taking it back to the station since it was fine before they had it, but i'm not sure if they're going to fix it or not.

And i'm sure if you have a bonneville, you've heard the "DING DING DING DING" of the CHECK GAGES sign. Well, every time I slow down or stop, it just won't stop dinging. I need help before I go insane

Have the sensor checked. When the pressure drops do you here tapping from the lifters? Check the oil. It'* possible it'* still watered down. Do a flush and oil change again just to make sure. Other then that you may have damaged the oil pump when you got coolant in the oil.
