Default anyone made their own fuel pressure gage for testing pressur

all the factory ones seem to have too short of a hose. I need one I can hook up and drive the vehivle and read to check pressure for testing fuel pump,and ideas ?Thx

The fittings are the same as the old R12 A/C fittings. Get an old (or new) R12 A/C hose. I need one as well but haven't looked yet. I would think they are getting pretty cheap by now.

You don't need to drive to check it. You check it with ignition on, engine off, then at idle, then watch the leakdown rate.

There are times when you need to watch the fuel pressure while driving it. A long enough hose that enables you to tape the guage to the windshield is a must.
