Default Leaky sunroof...

Last year I had ordered a sunroof weatherstrip from GMPARTSDIRECT.com and had some leak issues after that so about 2 weeks ago I went in again to try to get that fit between roof and glass just right to where I see no cracks and it rained the other night and I still get water coming in through the front of my headliner, through my map lights etc. and onto my seat and suspesion buttons. So far no electrical probs has arisen and its not much water but it'* annoying when I get in my car and see that after a heavy rain. Any suggs? :?:

Nothing wrong with your seal. Even if it leaks, you shouldn't have any water in the car. It should go right out the drains in the pillars. I suspect your drains are plugged. Remove your A pillar trim, disconnect the drains, run a wire down through the tube, and up into the roof.

Even with my roof in vent, I get no water in the car. The drains (gutters) keep up nicely.

Wow I never knew that! Looks like you changed your plug type in your profile. Why is that? Performance? Preference? Heat range?

I haven't changed anything. TR6 since about 6 months ago.

Open your sunroof all the way. Stand on the sill in your door opening, and look at the front corners of the 'trough'. You'll see the drain holes. If they plug, water will overflow into the headliner at the front.
