Default bogging down

I was messing around w/ a guy today going down the road (won't get into details). I went to make a right turn from a stop sign, and 3/4 WOTed it, well, it pushed foreward about 5 feet, and bogged down, like I'd hit the brakes. So I let off, and went to press back on the gas, and it moved just fine. It'* never done this b4, so I'm wondering, was that some sort of safety feature or something? It'* shifted fine and everything since then, it was just that 5 seconds that it did it.

Sounds like the fuel pump sock problem someone mentioned to me, but idk if it applies to your car. How much gas did you have?

Barn..it could be anything....or nothing.

Maybe it was heatsoaked and got a dose of hot air.. maybe maybe maybe.

Call it a technical difficulty and if it happens again.. you'll have more to go on.
