Hot to touch breaker #4
I just took out breaker #4 from the fuse panel but I couldn't even touch it it was so hot. None of the functions on my power seats worked before I removed this thing. I guess there'* a short somewhere.....any guesses where to start looking? My daughter just started to use the car and moved the seat up closer to reach the pedals.....I'm thinking pinched wire somewhere.....but I dont know the wiring layout of the 94 SSEi with the 9 way sysytem. Chime in any time Willren or Boosty!

Same exact thing that happened to me. I pinched the main power wire for the relay box for the seats. Take all bolts holding the seat down and tip it towards the back, Look under there and I am positively sure that your orange wire will be smashed int he seat rail.

So is it safe to asume that the breaker is probably shot if it got so hot you couldn't hold it with your bare fingers? Should the two contacts test continuity like a fuse?

Oh and I got her fixed........Orange and Black wire harness under drivers seat was wedged against a metal cross bar under the seat as she had the seat up so far. I dislodged it and wire tied it back up under the seat.
put the breaker back and she works like a charm! Thanks everyone........problem solved!
