I just picked up a 1995 Bonneville SE and there is a noticeable humming noise coming from (I think) the fuel pump. I used to have a 1992 Bonneville and I don't recall hearing this noise with that car. Does anyone know if this is a problem and do I need to replace the fuel pump or just ignore the noise?

Mine makes a high-pitched noise, like an old color TV.

My suggestion....start saving for that new Fuel Pump before you get stranded!
