Front End Making Horrible Noise and Vibration
Wife's 92 bonnie has been making horrible noise and vibration at both front wheels, the damn thing is making noise like i got mud terrain wheels on this damn car.
I have not gotten it aligned, i just bought new tires and it didnt go away, help me guys. Thanx. Hector |
you bought new tires, but didnt get an alignment? that is very necessary...
your tires will not wear right at all...go get em aligned |
i disagree with harofreek on getting a alignment althought you should get a alginment check or a ful alignment once a year
i think it could be a wheel balance issue? or Bad hud assembly |
don't know if this will help or not.

I got the tires balanced when i bought them, i dont think it has anything to do with tires or alignment or balancing as it was making this horrid noise previous to the purchase of new tires.
Im looking into the hub assy. one question, is the hub assy the same thing as the spindle? Thanx guys. Hector |

In front wheel drive, a flexible axle spins the inner part of the hub assembly to which the drive wheel is attached. The outer part of the hub assembly is fixed to the steering knuckle. Wheel bearings are in between the inner and outer part of the hub assembly. In cars without front wheel drive, the front axle is called a spindle. The spindle is a solid shaft that is fixed to the steering knuckle. The front wheel is attached to the hub asembly which rotates on bearings on the spindle. |
