Default drivers side mirror

my friends got a 96 bonneville and i was driveing it to go get the oil changed and i noticed the mirror was shakeing bad. so when i brought the car home i told her and she said its been doing that for a long time. so i go to look at it and the mirror fell right off. the mirror was on the car the glass fell off. can i get a new glass or do u have to change the whole thing. the 3 screws on the back of the glass all broke off.

I would expect shaking glass (if mirror related) to be one of the three posts behind the mirror itself not being connected properly.
