Only blowing HOT Air, no A/C wtf???
Ok I tried searching this forum for some answers and well, none seem to fix my problem.
My a/c used to work fine, nice and cold for as long as I had it until the brakes started to leak and the gas tank too so it sat for a while. After I got that fixed and the temp started to warm up, I turned the a/c on and got nothing but darn hot air.
I went to check it out, clutch engaged, the lines and everything got cold, I even got some recharge kit used the gauge to check the pressure - EVERYTHING CHECKS OUT ALRIGHT
Except the air blows HOTT, even on the lowest setting, it doesnt matter if I change the temp with the control unit, no matter what I set it at it blows all the same temperature - something like the surface of the sun, awesome in the winter but not now.. so what is my problem?
i checked the fuses and wires and whatever I could find, something clogging the blower? what am i missing here??
please, and thank you!

Your air mix actuator might be history. Pull the glove box and watch the little silver rod with the white plastic attached. Any jerky or non movement usually means an actuator has broken.

thank you bill. it was the actuator. i couldnt get to it through the glove box because the air box was in the way, but after scraping my hand reaching under and behind i found it and the arm that turns. for some reason i guess it was stuck so i gave it a little bump while turning on the air and BAM it was an arctic blizzard happening.
all is well, and bill you are the man!

Glad it was that easy. Next time it goes warm to cold etc, if it happens again....the actuator probably needs to be replaced. If not, smile and drive
