:?: code p0134, changed o2 sensor 1 bank 1, changed fuel pump, fuel filter
checked wiring, 12+volts on power wire, good ground .
stalls at stop lights or when slowing down, easy restarts
still getting p0134 code
what or where im i getting lost missing

Posting the code is frequently helpful.

DTC P0134 HO2S Circuit Insufficient Activity Sensor 1

Odd that it'* showing not enough activity. Have you checked the connections at the PCM? Also..pull your battery cables and clean all ends of all cables..ensuring you remove the boots from the battery end to check for corrosion.

no not yet, also thinking of the buss bars
is there a bench test to verify the o2 sensor good or bad
could the pump relay be bad

If the car is running..the pump relay isn't the problem. The fuel pump shouldn't to my understanding have anything to do with the O2 sensor not reading enough. Have you performed a pressure test to check the pump that way?
