REMOVING TIMING CHAIN COVER
How Do I get the little round nuts off the bottom of the timing chain cover? The nuts are round and have 4 cut outs on them, is there a special tool or should i just tap them off with a hammer and screwdriver?

Are we talking about the plastic cover?
And while we are at it, did you remove the 5 bolts in the front of the oil pan?
