Default Replacing fuel line the run to fuel rail

I am trying to replace the fuel line that runs to the fuel rail, but there is a plastic clip that holds the line to the firewall. Does anyone have any idea how to disconnect that clip to allow the line to be removed?

without going out to look, i can tell you its probly 1 of 3 things, either 1, a small bolt that you can remove, 2 you can get a screwdriver or brybar and pop it off, or 3 there could be a spot you can pry on with a small screwdriver thatll open it, for that you'd just get under there with a light (and goggles of course) and if theres anyway to open it up it should be obvious

there is some kind of a bolt in the middle of the clip, but is doesn't look like you can put a socket on it. How do you remove the bolt?

gearwrench or crescent wrench most likely, a shallow 1/4 socket cant fit up there?
