Has anyone changed the fog lights in their 99 bonnies. I saw that they are a two piece setup and was wondering if white light yellow or blue light is the best for a fog light system.
also how many watts can a stock system handle safely?

The fog lights would probably handle up to 100 Watts since that is how high most fog lights go up to... Depends, blue light is usually the brightest and looks better than yellow. Just replace the bulb is probably easier than the entire assembly. But the choice is yours and yours alone... Going to get sued...

Here'* an idea, and cheap too....it'* what i use.
My foglights are GREEN...yes, green, to match the new ground effects lights. Instead of goign out and spending like $40 on foglights, go out and spend $5 on glass paint, and paint them it looks awesome...will get some pics...and a can of paint lasts about a year, depending on rain falls.

making your foglights green would make them worthlless the purpose of fog lights is to help u see. plus green light doesnt light up things very well u need yellow for fog and white for driving.

the blazertechs have blue glass lenses. or at least the ones i saw do however i email the guy from club gp said they ahave a blueish tint. I have to make sure th glass is clear and ill buy them untill then ill stick w/ the stockers.

Well it dosn't defeat the purpose for ME and i LIKE it. It looks neat and I know no one else has it.
Besides, I don't notice any difference with my fog lights anyway, they don't light up anything better. And with my green ones, it looks awesome in snow.
I like that i don't have to worry about turning a courner and seeing 5 cars with the exact same thing.
