Default Electronic Spark Control code #325

Took the Bonny to the Mechanic due to the Check engine light came on and it was running kind of slow or heavy. The mechanic to it to a spin and said that it was running fine but he got the following codes on the computer diagnosis:

1. Code # 325- Electronic Spark Control (failure)
2. Code # 341- Intermitent cam signal
3. Code # 131-O2 Sensor low

The question is: could any of this or all of this can make the car feel heavier while running or not enough power.... Keep in mind that the car had a major work done on the top block and it has 215,000 miles young
