parts car question
I might be getting a '95 bonneville for parts. Just got a few questions. The heads off of any year series II should bolt up to any year series II block, right?
How do you ship car parts? I've heard the term 'crate' tossed around, but does that mean actual wooden frames? Where would I get something like that?
The last stuff is if I decide to actually part out the car and end up trying to sell the stuff here. I suppose that I could do the local pick up/meet you half way thing too. My other option is to fix the car.
It needs a lot of work though:
1. intake gaskets/uim
2. tie rod
3. struts
4. fender (has a big hole in it)
5. door panel needs new clips
I don't know. The price will be right. If I think I can make my money back by parting the car out I think I will, otherwise I might do some sort of monster garage/overhauled thing to it.

Series 2 heads on the Naturally Asperated engines match up from 95-03. Supercharged Engine heads match up from 96-03.
As for shipping parts, it really depends on the part you ship. Mostly we just use boxes and good packaging material, just like anything else.

I ship tons of stuff. Standard box. Ensure there'* no liquids or harmful things and you are good to ship.
Oh..and a big thing that has gotten me many compliments.. pack things like you'd like to receive them.
