shaking
I have a 1994 SSE Bonniville 210,000 miles. My car about a week ago started shaking around 40 -50 mph I thought it was a miss so i changed the spark pugs and wires still shaking.I took it to the auto shop they said it was the rack pinions or rack pins? said it would be 360 dollars to fix with 2 new tie rods does the price seem kinda high and do you think it will fix it .

The proper Rack for that car will run $200 and the Tie rods will be about $30 each for decent ones...
If they use the correct parts ( FE2 Ride and handling Rack and not the FE1 soft ride rack, There is a diffrence DO NOT let them tell you otherwise ) Then yes that would be a decent price for sure.. In the end you will have to have an alignment too...
I think you need to be absolutely sure of what they want to do, what they are going to replace, and what they are charging you for Labor...
You may want to take it to another shop and get a second opinion..
Good Luck

Also be aware there are two sets of tie rods. There are outter tie rods and inner tie rods. Inner are tougher to deal with and usually have a slightly higher price.
