Default Starter Removal Diffuculty and oil pressure gauge acting odd

How difficult is it to remove the starter on a 94 SE? i'm mechanically inclined actually i'm ASE certified but i live at a condo and it'* a little harder to get in there you know i dont have a lift anymore not working for nissan lol. But if i have to lift the motor and stuff to get that thing out i'll just pay someone i dont have the place to do this anymore. Also the oil pressure is acting odd the car has only 109k on the odo and when it'* cold i'm looking at like 40 to lbs oil pressure but when it gets up to 190 degrees i'm down to like 20lbs and then sometime the buzzer goes. I mean it can't loose that much oil pressure my getting up to temp thats real strange i have never had a car do that or seen it even at the nissan dealership. It'* bothering me i might just replace the sending unit for ***** and giggles. anything else i should be aware of changing this and the starter?

I would use Mthe jack to get a little room. support properly and the starter is pretty easy like mentioned.

Real easy its only like two bolts and its easy to access. Depending on your prefference use the jack if you need room. I'm a wirey guy but even I still need a little room to get under that bumper

I just did the rear valve cover gasket lastnight no more leaking oil on the manifold it'* so nice not to have to smell that everytime i start the car you know, I'll just get in there and replace the oil sending unit for 20 bucks what the hell i'll get in there and give it hell.
