Default 97 Bonneville SSE Stalling

Hi everyone I have a strange problem, about a week ago I was driving home and my car stalled out and would not start let it sit for an hour and started back up. I drove the car home and the next morning I started it up again and it ran fine for about 5 minutes and died again then would not start up. After trying to diagnose this problem I figured out when the car stalls the power windows quit working and there is a buzzing sound coming from the fuse and relay panel on the passenger side. The car will still have spark when this happens but it seems like the fuel pressure drops off could this be a problem with the security system (VATS) I am stumped. 97 Bonneville SSE 40th annv ed, also I did check the the terminals in the rocker panel and they were clean no corrosion. If anyone has a diagram showing the the relay placement in the right side fuse panel that would be great. Thanks

When it stalls does it crank over?

Is the security light flashing, on, or off?

Yes it does crank over, did not notice if the security light was flashing or not. If i can get it to stall again I will check the light.

I'm leaning with Ted on this one. Symptoms are really pointing to this.

Said he checked the grounds.

Vats only keeps the car from starting. Due to safety reasons, it won't kill fuel while the vehicle is running. it would only light up the security light to give a feeble complaint.

The lack of power windows might be pointing to a battery connection issue. Double check your battery terminals. And if possible, determine what is buzzing.

Our injector circuit is powered by the ignition and then a relay on the passenger side A pillar fuse box. That heads through the main engine wiring connector to the injectors. The ground side of the injector is pulsed by the pcm to each specific injector. That'* how it controls them.

When it dies, the pcm would automatically stop pulsing the injectors at the stall. Power windows should still work though, as you'd be able to use battery power unless they key was turned off and a door was opened. that would turn off the delayed courtesy power.

It'* gotta be the ground bus. Did he check the driver'* side, actually pull the metal bar out & examine the female terminals also?

I believe I got it fixed there are 2 ground busses one on the passenger side and one on the driver side. The one on the driver side was wet and there was water in the connector, the contacts were perfect no corrosion but the contacts had gotten wet.I dried everything out cleaned contacts on both sides anyway and reinstalled connectors with dielectric grease drove 50 miles so far with no issues. Thanks for the help
